I was afraid I got it too abrupt losing weight of 10 lbs in a month.I was thinking I might get sick. I was 160lbs May 1,2011 and now 150 lbs. Just eating boiled vegetables for breakfast, fruits for snack, fish or egg or chicken for lunch, fruits again for snack and 20 pcs.almonds for dinner.No bread whatsoever. No sugar intake. No oily foods and only light salt.i used the treadmill 30 minutes a day. I was thinking if this is okay.
